At Hosanna Child Advocacy Network (HOCAN), we believe that education is not just a basic human right, it is a powerful tool for healing, empowerment, and long-term transformation. Our Education Support Program is designed to provide access to quality education for children and adolescents who have survived Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) and Violence Against Children (VAC).

These young survivors deserve a second chance, not only to return to school but to thrive in a safe, supportive environments that promote healing, resilience, and a promising future.

Program Objectives

• Restore Educational Opportunities: Ensure that children impacted by SGBV and VAC can resume and sustain their education journey.
• Provide Holistic Support: Address the emotional, psychological, and social needs of survivors to facilitate full recovery and personal growth.
• Promote Safe Learning Environments: Collaborate with schools to build protective, trauma-informed spaces for learning.
• Foster Long-Term Success: Equip learners with the skills and confidence needed to excel academically and beyond.
